What we collect, why, who processes it and how to delete it

This policy explains what CaughtTheMagic collects when you use caughtthemagic.com, why we collect it, and how you can delete it. Questions go to support@caughtthemagic.com.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your room photos or results to train AI models.
We use these providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs.

Files are stored at unlisted links that are hard to guess and only shown in your account. Anyone you share such a link with can open it.
Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have further rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to object to processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
CaughtTheMagic is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Please do not upload photos that show children or any other people. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email.
